- don't listen to the sad songs, especially the song that will remind you with him/her. and a song with the lyric that describe about your feeling doesn't good for you, too.
- make your self as busy as you can, for example you can help your mom to clean your room; wash the dishes;etc (hey, your mom will be surprise about this ^_*)
- find someone who can cheer up your day, keep in touch with this person...
- talk about your feeling with your friend (the one who you can trust)
- if you find so hard to talk about your feeling with someone, you can write it ^_^ believe me guys, talking about your feeling into a diary won't make you like a girl ;p you can express your feeling into a poem too (like me ;p)
- if you can't help yourself calling your ex (in this case i guess you're the one who get dumbed ^_*) or the one who broke your heart, try to say this to yourself "At least i still have my pride, so why should i'm wasting my time with someone : who didn't care about me; someone who didn't give a damn about me; someone who ....bla bla bla (you can add your list ;p) ?". to make it sure, you can delete her/his number from your phone book ;p
well, that's all i can think of, maybe some of you can give another tips?
i believe everyone had ever been in broken heart before, so.. let's share about your experience maybe you can help somebody "out there" to cope her/his heart's problem (somebody here, i mean ;p)
